Who knew?  That little white box holding your shrimp fried rice is a real doozy!  Apparently, the ubiquitous Chinese takeout container was always designed to be converted into a fairly functional plate.  In a matter of seconds, with just a few folds and a couple of detachments, you could be putting chopstick to mouth.  No more spilling lo mein onto another plate.  No more sweet & sour sauce all over your hands from trying to scrape those last few pieces of chicken at the bottom.  Just open, fold out, and eat.

The best part about it is, once you’re done eating, you can just put the container back together in its’ original form and slide it to the back of the fridge to be forgotten until days later when the smell forces you to throw it away.   Try it tonight!
