When LeBron James won the NBA Championship 8 days ago and brought the city of Cleveland its’ first title in 52 years, it was joked that he would never let the Larry O’Brien trophy out of his sight.  Well, that joke might not be too far off from reality.

Yesterday, the Finals MVP was spotted at Alley Cat Oyster Bar in the ‘Land enjoying a meal with a few of his old high school teammates from St. Vincent-St. Marys.  And, you guessed it, the trophy was indeed part of the entourage.

One of the guests in ‘Bron’s party of 6, Romeo Travis, took to Instagram to capture the moment.

There’s no telling where James and his new golden boo will pop up next.  This particular championship has been a long time in the making.  So, we’re sure that he’ll give it a grand tour.  We just hope he’s putting a bib on that thing while he’s chowing down on oysters.  The last thing you want is a big shiny trophy covered in Tabasco sauce.
